This month, something beautiful is unfolding in living rooms, sanctuaries, and community centers across the country: 22 communities, from Palo Alto to Gainesville to Pittsburgh and beyond, are gathering for Omer Circles — intimate, 3-part learning experiences that center self-reflection, spiritual growth, and connection.

For our project team growing IYUN, these gatherings are part of a broader seasonal rhythm, with opportunities to dive in during both the Spring (Omer Circles) and Fall (Elul Circles).

Each Omer Circle is a mini-version of the full IYUN experience — a taste of what becomes possible when people come together with intention, guided learning, and open hearts. For many of these 22 communities, this is their very first time experimenting with this kind of local, grassroots Jewish learning — but already, they’re discovering that something powerful happens when people study Torah together for the purpose of deepening their relationships and building community.

With gentle support from our team, these communities are planting seeds: not just for personal transformation, but for a deeper, more communal Jewish life.
